  • Are your products Kosher?

    Yes, our products are certified by the CRC. View Certificate

  • Are your products nut-free?

    Some products contain nuts, while others don't. You’ll find the ingredients listed next to each product.. However, the nut-free products are processed in a facility that also processes nuts.

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

    All cookies, pretzels, and chocolate-covered Oreos have a shelf life of a few months. All other treats have a shelf life of 4 weeks.

  • Do you offer discounts for event planners or wholesale customers?

    Yes, we do offer discounted prices for event planners and bulk orders. Please contact us at info@customcookies.com.

  • Which locations do you ship to?

    We ship from our Brooklyn facility all over the United States.

  • Do you offer a local delivery option?

    Yes, we offer faster delivery to zip codes near our Brooklyn facility. 

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment through credit card, prepaid checks, and PayPal.

  • How do you package your treats?

    Our treats are individually wrapped with the option to add any color ribbon.

  • How do we make sure you receive the items in good condition?

    We pack our products tightly with bubble wrap to prevent damage. We take responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.

  • I received a package that does not include the sender's name. How do I find out who it is from?

    Please email us at info@customcookies.com and we will look into who sent you the gift.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Please contact us at orders@customcookies.com to see if your order is already in production – if not, we’ll cancel your order at no cost.

  • How many treats should we calculate per person?

    We recommend 2-3 treats per person, depending on if there will be other desserts served.

  • Will I be charged a sales tax when I place an order?

    No, there is no sales tax on food items.

  • How far in advance do I need to order?

    Regular-sized orders should be placed 3 days before the event (for local orders).

    Larger orders should ideally be placed 2 weeks before the event, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you are later than that. We will definitely make it work!

  • Could you ship one order to different locations?

    Yes, please place your order as you would regularly, with any one of the locations as the shipping address. Then once your order is placed, please send us an email with your name and order number, and a list of the addresses and which items should ship to which address, and we will take care of it. 

  • Can I add a gift message?

    Yes, you can add your personalized gift message by the checkout.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    Yes, either a dozen or a gift set.

  • Do you offer samples?

    We don’t provide exact samples for small orders. However, in order to get a sense of the taste and texture, you can order any treat without a custom design so that you can buy with confidence. Click the "order a sample for taste” link in the site footer to order. 

    For large orders, we can create a sample of the exact product, designs included. We can either send you a photo of it at no charge, or ship it to you for a fee. Contact us for further details.
